- Processor: Avizi (data hosted in Europe, not used for any other purpose).
🧾 Online bookings
- Purpose: to send your information to partners in order to manage your booking.
- Data collected: surname, first name, postcode, email address, telephone number, dates of stay (mandatory), address, town/city (optional)
- How & why: data is collected on a voluntary basis when you fill in a form provided for the purpose of executing a contract.
- Subcontractor: Elloha (data hosted in Europe, not used for other purposes).
Website usage data
We use Matomo Analytics. Browsing data is:
- anonymised,

- used solely to improve our website.
